Technical Lead

Core Responsibilities & Ideal Candidate Profile

An ideal candidate will act as a seasoned architect and technical authority, possessing the following:

• End-to-End Solutioning & Architecture: Proven expertise as a Technical Lead and Architect, capable of designing scalable, secure, and highly available data platforms. Strong ability to own the technical vision and architectural blueprints.
• Deep Technical Mastery: 7+ years of extensive experience in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing/Analytics, Advanced SQL, ETL design, and Python.
• Performance & Optimization Design: Deep expertise in architecting high-performance data models using Databricks. Master of system optimization, performance tuning, and bottleneck resolution at an enterprise scale.
• Technical Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills with a track record of driving technical alignment across cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between Analytics, Software Engineering, and Business Domains.
• Resilient Systems Engineering: Experience in architecting for operational stability, including designing frameworks for resilient production runs, disaster recovery, and automated maintenance activities.
• Advanced Data Strategy: Hands-on experience architecting data extraction, ingestion, and analysis pipelines using both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Data Governance & Mapping: Familiarity with implementing enterprise data inspection tools and creating comprehensive architectural mapping documents.

Deployment Architecture: Deep knowledge of the architectural challenges, security postures, and benefits of data extraction across both On-Premise and Cloud-native deployments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture design, deployment, and management (Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, etc.)
• Solid understanding of database design and working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Ability to write efficient and secure code, following coding standards and best practices
• Experience with enterprise software development
