Job Description

Responsible for:
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Lead the organizationu2019s GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Cloud platform strategy and technical direction
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Mentor engineers/admins and define best practices and governance
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GitHub platform and DevOps
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Implement identity, access, and security models
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Define and Enforce governance standards and policies (security, audit logging, and compliance)
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Design automation using GitHub Actions and APIs (REST/GraphQL)
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Design and enable integration models around GitHub enterprise and DevOps platform
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Drive DevSecOps practices and CI/CD enablement
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Support incident response workflows
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Manage service operations, incidents, and RCA

Having the following skills and experience:
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0A bacheloru2019s or masteru2019s degree with minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in GitHub Enterprise and DevOps Platform.u00A0
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Strong technical leadership and platform ownership with automation mindset
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Deep expertise in GitHub administration and governance
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Strong knowledge of access control, audit logging, and compliance
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Scripting skills in Python / PowerShell / Bash (at least one advanced)
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Experience with GitHub APIs and Actions
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Ability to evaluate and onboard new platform capabilities (e.g., Copilot, GHAS)
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Experience in governance, risk, and compliance
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Strong communication and stakeholder management
