Job Description
JeroByte Software Pvt Ltd is hiring a Technical Lead to lead our engineering team and
contribute hands-on to system design, development, and infrastructure. This role requires
strong full-stack expertise, experience with modern architectures, and the ability to guide teams
through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers
Participate in full-stack development across frontend and backend systems
Design and review system architecture, including microservices and microfrontend
architectures
Develop and maintain scalable backend services
Work with cloud and server infrastructure, including AWS and aaPanel
Manage DNS configurations and mail servers (including GoDaddy DNS)
Identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure timely project delivery
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Break down requirements into technical tasks and assist with sprint planning
Act as a technical point of contact between management and the engineering team
Coordinate with company leadership and the development team to align technical
execution with business requirements
Required Qualifications
46 years of professional software development experience
Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Express.js
Hands-on experience with microfrontend and microservices architectures
Experience with Docker and container-based deployments
Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL (experience with
additional databases is a plus)
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version control
Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams
Compensation
4 8 LPA (based on skills and experience)
