We are seeking a highly motivated
Technical Lead – Teamcenter with 8–10 years of strong technical experience in Siemens Teamcenter development, along with demonstrated potential to transition into a managerial role. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical expertise with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen to drive project success, identify growth opportunities, and promote innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Design, develop, and implement Teamcenter solutions across modules (BMIDE, AWC, ITK, workflows, integrations)
- Provide technical expertise and contribute to architecture discussions and solution design
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices
- Resolve complex technical issues and support project delivery
Development & Customization
- Develop and customize Teamcenter using:
- ITK (Integration Toolkit)
- RAC (Rich Client Customization)
- Active Workspace (AWC) framework
- SOA/REST services
- Work on BMIDE configurations (data model, business rules, workflows)
- Implement integrations with downstream/upstream systems (ERP, MES, CAD tools)
Project & Delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical designs
- Estimate effort, plan deliverables, and ensure timely execution
- Ensure quality deliverables through testing, documentation, and reviews
Mentoring & Team Management
- Guide and mentor junior developers and team members
- Conduct technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing
- Support hiring and onboarding activities for new team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Teamcenter 12/13/14 or above
- Exposure to cloud deployments (Azure/AWS) is a plus
- Siemens Teamcenter certification is preferred
- Experience in Agile methodologies

- Good knowledge of:
- SOA/REST APIs

- Experience in Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and deployments
- Familiarity with build/release management and CI/CD pipelines
PLM Knowledge
- Strong understanding of PLM concepts, data models, and product lifecycle processes
- Experience with CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus
Database & Integration
- Knowledge of Oracle/SQL Server databases
- Experience with system integrations and middleware
Management Skills
- Stakeholder management
