About the Role-
We are looking for a Technical Lead / Team Lead with strong expertise in Cybersecurity and Network Security to drive implementation, support, and architecture of enterprise-grade security solutions.
This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise in Zero Trust, IAM, and network security along with the ability to lead a team and manage critical customer escalations.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
Cybersecurity & Identity
- Hands-on experience with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) / ZTNA
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management:
- SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
- LDAP / Active Directory / RADIUS
- Experience with MFA technologies (OTP, TOTP, Push, Biometrics)
Network Security
- Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, TLS/SSL
- Experience with:
- Firewalls / VPN (SSL, IPsec)
- Reverse Proxy / Secure Access Gateways
- Understanding of network segmentation & secure access models
Operating Systems
- Strong experience in:
- Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, ADFS, Kerberos)
- Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) – hardening, logs, security configs
Troubleshooting & Tools
- Experience with L2/L3 support & escalations
- Log analysis, SIEM basics, and packet analysis (Wireshark)
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash)
Leadership
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
- Ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions and escalations
Key Responsibilities
- Handle L2/L3 escalations and critical issue resolution
- Lead and mentor a team of security engineers
- Drive security solution deployments and architecture discussions
- Support pre-sales (PoC, demos, RFPs)
- Create technical documentation & runbooks
- Act as escalation point for enterprise and government clients
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
- 5–9 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity / network security
- Certifications like CEH, Security+, CISSP, CCNP Security are a plus
