Our Client's Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad plays a strategic role in delivering secure, scalable, and customer -focused digital solutions that support millions of individuals and businesses across the U.S.

This role will play a key part in advancing and supporting Guidewire InsuranceNow solutions across critical policy management capabilities and related workflows. The position offers the opportunity to work on modern insurance platform initiatives while partnering with cross functional teams to deliver scalable, high quality technology solutions.

Key areas of focus include designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and deploying InsuranceNow solutions aligned to engineering standards and best practices. This role will also help enhance platform functionality, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and deliver sustainable solutions that improve performance and user experience.

In addition to hands-on development work, this position provides technical leadership across the team through mentoring, code reviews, and guidance on design approaches, coding standards, and platform consistency. The role will collaborate closely with product teams, QA, and project stakeholders to support delivery goals, release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The team is continuing to evolve modern integration and service capabilities, including REST APIs, microservices, and composable service architectures, creating an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and driving engineering excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for applying secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Mentors and trains other team members on design techniques, tools, and coding standards.
• Provides strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
• Drives cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams.
• Analyzes, designs, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents, and deploys software according to standards and optimal practices.
• Champions the use of DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
• Ensures continuous learning and improvement through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
• Manages individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Additional responsibilities may include collaboration across teams and adherence to company standards.
• May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

• Qualification: BE / BTech from a reputed institute
• Experience: Strong experience with 8 - 13 years in IT Industry, as Technical Lead / Technical Specialist / Consultant with strong experience in Guidewire - InsuranceNow and DevOps.
