Role Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience and proven expertise in full-stack architecture and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and React.js, a solid

understanding of cloud-native architecture, and working experience with Azure DevOps.

Exposure to Visual Metaverse, AR/VR, or IoT applications will be a strong advantage.

Must-Have Skills :

8–12 years of overall software development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development.

Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Hands-on working experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases).

Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical decision-making skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Exposure to Visual Metaverse, 3D visualization, AR/VR, or immersive platforms.

Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or Web-based 3D frameworks (Three.js, Babylon.js).

Understanding of IoT applications, digital twins, and real-time data integration.

Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, Digital Twins).

Knowledge of CI/CD best practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience in SaaS, platform-based, or product-driven environments.

Familiarity with performance optimization, security, and scalability for large platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of full-stack, cloud-native applications.

Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

Drive system scalability, performance, reliability, and security.

Review designs, code, and implementations to ensure high quality and maintainability.

2. Hands-On Development

Actively contribute to development using .NET Core / C# and modern front-end technologies.

Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Collaborate with teams on complex technical problem-solving and optimizations.

Support integration of data-driven and AI/ML components into applications.

3. Advanced Technologies & Innovation

Design and implement solutions leveraging Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Deep

Reinforcement Learning (DRL).

Contribute to Digital Twin architectures, simulations, and real-time system modeling.

Work with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices.

Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies.

4. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence.

Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into

technical solutions.

Support delivery planning, estimation, and technical risk management.
