We are looking for a Backend-Heavy Full Stack Tech Lead who can drive end-to-end development, architect scalable systems, and lead a team of engineers. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply hands-on with backend engineering while also capable of contributing across the full stack and driving technical leadership across teams.

As a Tech Lead, you will –

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications with a strong focus on backend systems.

• Architect and build high-performance microservices and distributed systems.

• Drive backend engineering excellence across APIs, databases, integrations, and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering best practices.

• Ensure code quality, system reliability, security, and performance optimization.

• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, scalable architecture patterns, and clean code principles.

• Manage technical debt and continuously improve platform architecture.

• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and execution tracking.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and architectural challenges.

• Contribute hands-on to backend development and critical system components.

Good to Have –

• Experience building large-scale distributed systems.

• Exposure to blockchain ecosystems, fintech platforms, or high-transaction systems.

• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-driven applications.

• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Open-source contributions or technical blogging.

As a Tech Lead, you must have –

• Strong backend engineering experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies.

• Hands-on expertise in designing scalable REST APIs and microservices architecture.

• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and system design principles.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Working experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

• Proven ability to lead engineering teams while remaining hands-on technically.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset.

• Ability to balance architecture, delivery, and active development responsibilities.
