Job Description

The Technical Lead will have a clear understanding of building scalable web applications using .Net. The role involves understanding business requirements and architecting / designing as appropriate solution that is secure, scalable, high performing and testable. It is hand on role involving building software and taking ownership of delivery by working closely with junior members.

Responsibilities

Designing functional technologysolutions
Overseeing development and implementation of programs
Providing technical leadershipand support to software development teams

Requirements

8 to 10 years of overall& relevant experience.
Passion for building and delivering greatsoftware with a strong sense of ownership.
Minimum of 8 years-experience in buildingweb applications using ASP.NET Core and .NET platform in general.
Good understanding of IIS configuration
Strong experience with Build and Release,Agile processes, Scrum Master, and Estimation/Planning
Experience of architecting and designing webapplications and services

Must Haveskills

.Net Core

Design Patterns / SolidPrinciples
Analytical skills
Communication

Good To Have

Azure PaaS services – AppServices, Function App, Service Bus Queue, Key Vault
Unit Testing Frameworks
DevOps / pipelines
Experience in SQL programming,with experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/processmillions of records

Technical Competencies

IIS, Fiddler, SSMS, Postman
WPF, Microsoft Word applications/ add-ins
SSRS, SSIS
JIRA, SVN

Must have good problem-solving skills
Must have excellent design, coding, and refactoring skills
Must have good communication and presentation skills
Must be aware of latest IT, tech trends and best practices
Must be passionate about technologies, products, and domains
Must be able to communicate complex technical ideas in astraightforward way
Should be a lateral thinker, who provides simple innovativesolutions to complex problems
Should be able to participate in multiple projects simultaneously
Must have experience in large and complex database design andmaintenance
Must have experience in large scale web applications
Familiarity with SaaS product constructs and cloud technologyconcepts
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices(CI/CD)
Must be a quick learner and open to learn new technologies

Qualification: Diploma, B.E. / B.Tech / B.C.S. / M.E. /M.Tech /,M.C.A /M.C.M
