Technical Skills
- Design and oversee development of robust, scalable, and secure SharePoint solutions (SharePoint Online; on-premises/hybrid is a plus)
- Define solution architecture, design standards, and best practices for the team
- Review and approve technical designs, code, and implementations
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and performance standards
- Provide hands-on support in SPFx development, PowerShell (PnP), and automation
- Design and implement information architecture (site hierarchy, content types, metadata, permissions)
- Lead integration efforts with enterprise systems Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform
- Drive development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and components
- Own end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Assess existing environments and recommend modernization and optimization strategies
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Strong experience in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 solutions
- Hands-on expertise in SPFx development
- Proficiency in PowerShell (PnP PowerShell) and automation
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and integrations
- Experience with code review, Git/version control, and CI/CD practices
- Good understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and compliance
