Job Description
SharePoint Technical Lead
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Must Have
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and concepts
- Strong hands-on experience with SPFx and React.js
- Strong Power Platform experience Power Automate / Power Apps
- Microsoft Graph API / REST API
- Hands-On Experience Azure Functions
- Hands-On Experience PowerShell Scripting
- Experience in SharePoint Migration
- SharePoint Information Architecture, Search, Permissions and Security, Azure DevOps and ALM
- Experience designing enterprise intranet / digital workplace solutions
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Experience leading technical teams and client discussions
- Experience with solution design, estimation, code review and technical governance
- Experience with enterprise system integrations
- Copilot Agent development using copilot studio
- Microsoft purview and viva engage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and solution design for the SharePoint intranet.
- Lead SharePoint, SPFx, React.js and Power Platform development.
- Define Information Architecture, security, permissions, and integration approach.
- Review technical designs, code, and development standards.
- Guide developers and resolve technical issues.
- Lead client workshops and requirement discussions.
- Support estimation, planning, UAT and production deployment.
- Ensure solution follows scalability, security, performance, and Microsoft 365 best practices.
Ensure smooth and timely project delivery
