Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) or Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM).
- 8 years of experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem, designing and implementing the ServiceNow ITAM Professional suite (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management), including custom application development, server-side and client-side scripting (e.g., JavaScript, GlideAPIs), and platform configuration.
- Experience designing and implementing the ServiceNow CSDM framework to support asset lifecycle data.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub to connect asset data sources.
- Experience in IT Asset Management processes (e.g., Asset Procurement, Lifecycle Tracking, Reclamation, and Compliance) and Enterprise Integration of ServiceNow with SAP.
- Experience with Service Portal development (AngularJS) for creating asset requests and working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery and Service Mapping) validation of the CMDB, AI platform capabilities, and integrating AI/ML (e.g., Predictive Intelligence for normalization) into ITAM workflows.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM Pro, SAM Pro), conduct technical reviews to mentor a team, and drive the configuration of ITAM and ITOM modules to automate asset tracking across Google's IT estate.
- Own the technical governance for ITAM, ensuring an implementation of the CSDM framework and advocating out-of-the-box functionality to minimize technical debt and ensure platform upgradability.
- Serve as technical point of contact for ITAM workstreams, collaborating daily with Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), and ServiceNow Professional Services.
- Oversee platform health, troubleshoot architectural issues, and document technical designs to build long-term internal capabilities.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and first-party internal systems (e.g., SAP, procurement tools, internal infrastructure) using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
