Job Description:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, technical standards, and best practices.
Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Design and develop robust, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Python and Django.
Integrate and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services using AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation).
Implement and optimize search functionalities using Elasticsearch to enhance user experience and data retrieval performance.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, focusing on schema design, query performance, and tuning.
Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and data layers, maintaining high code quality and scalability.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to guide the development team.

Required Skills & Experience:

45 years of professional experience in software development, including 12 years in a technical lead or architect role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web application development.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js and React Native frameworks.
Expertise in Python and Django for backend development.
Practical experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
Deep knowledge of Elasticsearch for implementing and maintaining efficient search solutions.
Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL, including database schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL database concepts.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
