Job Description
As the Technical Lead for SAP S/4HANA PP-PI, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful implementations and rollouts for our clients in the process manufacturing industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring smooth transitions to S/4HANA, leveraging your deep understanding of batch process manufacturing and SAP's cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA PP-PI implementation and rollout projects for process manufacturing clients.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring successful delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, offering SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA PP-PI modules to meet client needs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement, leveraging SAP S/4HANA's capabilities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases and features, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Ensure project deliverables are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Document and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA PP-PI implementation and support projects.
- Strong domain expertise in batch process manufacturing, with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA PP-PI implementations in process manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
