Job Description

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer & Business Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled, versatile Senior Salesforce Developer & Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. In this hybrid role, you will lead requirement discovery with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical design blueprints, and implement scalable declarative and programmatic solutions within Salesforce and connected enterprise systems.

 The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Flows, a strong ability to understand and build upon existing enterprise project structures, and proven experience orchestrating cross-platform integrations between Salesforce, JIRA, and Planhat using Tray.io middleware.

Qualifications & Key Technical Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, Solution Architecture, or Technical Business Analysis.

 Strong Understanding of Salesforce Flows: Deep expertise in architecting and maintaining enterprise-gradeSalesforce Flows, fault paths, and declarative automation frameworks.

 Business Requirement to Technical Mapping: Exceptional ability to translate business user statements into detailed technical specifications,ERDs, and flowcharts.

JIRA & Planhat via Tray Middleware: Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with JIRA and Planhat using Tray.io (or comparable iPaaS tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Zapier).

 Existing Codebase & Project Navigation: Proven capability to jump into existing, mature Salesforce environments, comprehend legacy customizations, and refactor/enhance solutions gracefully.

 Agile/Scrum Workflows: Strong familiarity with standard Agile release processes, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

Good to Have / Desirable Skills
Digital Asset Management (DAM) Knowledge: Experience with Digital Asset Management workflows, taxonomy, metadata structures, and integrating DAM platforms with Salesforce.

 Coding Proficiency: Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL for code reviews, debugging, and hybrid development needs.

 Key Competencies & Soft Skills
Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical trade-offs, architecture decisions, and timelines to non-technical business partners.

 Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong diagnostic skills to identify root causes of flow execution failures, integration payload errors, or data mismatches rapidly.

 Ownership & Quality Focus: Proactive attitude towards maintaining clean documentation, maintainable design standards, and robust testing procedures.

 Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Technical Design Mapping
Requirement Gathering & Discovery: Lead workshops with stakeholders across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales to analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.

 Business-to-Technical Translation: Map user stories, business requirement documents (BRDs), and process workflows into technical design documents (TDDs), data architecture schemas, and execution plans.

 Solution Architecture: Evaluate declarative vs. programmatic approaches, prioritizing out-of-the-box Salesforce features and Flows before custom code to minimize technical debt.

 2. Salesforce Flow Engineering & Declarative Automation
Hands-on Flow Mastery: Design, build, optimize, and troubleshoot complex Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Auto-launched Flows, and Scheduled Flows.

 Automation Governance: Implement best practices for Flow architecture, error handling, sub-flows, recursion prevention, and governor limit management.

 Existing Project Navigation: Audit, analyze, and build seamlessly upon existing project structures, standard/custom object configurations, Apex triggers, and LWC components without breaking existing capabilities.

 3. Middleware Integration & Orchestration (Tray, JIRA, Planhat)
Tray.io Middleware Management: Design, build, monitor, and maintain low-code enterprise integration workflows using Tray (or equivalent middleware/iPaaS).

 System Synchronization: Build and maintain bidirectional, real-time sync between:

 Salesforce & JIRA: Synchronizing issue tickets, feature requests, and operational bug tracking for cross-functional alignment.

 Salesforce & Planhat: Automating customer health metrics, usage data, and account lifecycle updates for Customer Success teams.

 API & Payload Handling: Manage webhooks, REST API endpoints, JSON payloads, and error-logging frameworks across connected platforms.
