Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 810 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration, specifically within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead the development of declarative solutions, manage complex data models, and ensure the quality and integrity of configuration deliverables. This role requires strong collaboration with integration developers and a proactive approach to problem-solving during testing phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of declarative solutions, including complex Flows, validation rules, approval processes, record types, and page layouts.
- Configure multi-BU data models, including account hierarchies, record types, and permission sets.
- Own unit testing and code review for all configuration deliverables to ensure high-quality standards.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defect resolution.
- Contribute to solution design discussions and translate architectural decisions into effective configuration.
- Coordinate with integration developers to define Salesforce-side API and data model requirements, ensuring seamless integration.
- Manage deployment processes across sandbox and production environments using change sets or DevOps tooling.
Mandatory Skills
- 810 years of Salesforce development and configuration experience.
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong experience in building complex Flows, validation rules, approval processes, record types, and page layouts.
- Experience configuring multi-BU data models, including account hierarchies and permission sets.
- Proven ability to conduct unit testing and code reviews.
- Experience in supporting SIT, integration testing, and UAT defect resolution.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment processes using change sets or deployment tools.
