We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of commerce solutions across a large-scale global eCommerce platform. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership, guiding development teams, supporting solution implementation, and ensuring adherence to architecture, quality, and delivery standards.The ideal candidate will possess strong SFCC development expertise, integration experience, and the ability to lead multi-site and multi-locale commerce initiatives while collaborating closely with Architects, Product Owners, Analysts, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead development activities across Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives and enhancements.

· Collaborate with Architects to translate solution designs into scalable technical implementations.

· Provide technical leadership and day-to-day guidance to development teams.

· Design and develop SFCC storefront, integration, API, job, and service-based solutions.

· Review technical designs and ensure alignment with architecture standards and best practices.

· Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to developers.

· Support solution estimation, technical planning, and sprint execution activities.

· Support technical risk identification, dependency management, and mitigation planning across delivery initiatives.

· Coordinate with business, product, QA, DevOps, and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

· Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex application, integration, and production issues across multiple systems and teams.

· Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and quality requirements.

· Support deployment planning, release validation, and post-production activities.

· Contribute to modernization initiatives including SCAPI adoption, API-first architecture, and Headless Commerce implementations.

· Maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 8–10 years of software development experience.

· 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud development experience.

· Strong expertise in SFRA architecture and storefront development.

· Experience developing and supporting OCAPI and SCAPI integrations.

· Strong experience with SFCC Service Framework and Jobs Framework.

· Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager (BM).

· Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise commerce architectures.

· Experience supporting multi-site and multi-locale commerce implementations.

· Experience performing effort estimation, technical planning, and sprint execution support.

· Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams.

· Experience leading technical discussions and coordinating development activities.

· Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

· Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification.
