Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence (COE) Project Manager

Years of Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Project Manager to lead our Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce administration and demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive project success. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the effective implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Salesforce COE projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
  • Oversee the administration of Salesforce, including user management, data management, and system configuration.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance user adoption and maximize the value of Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and user guides.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Salesforce processes and best practices within the COE.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including administration, configuration, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Project Management).
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
