Job Role: React Lead / Architect
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 12 to 16 Years
We are looking for a skilled Front-End Software Lead / Architect to contribute to a modern, customer-facing web application. The engineer will focus on building high-quality, performant, and accessible user interfaces, while collaborating closely with Back-End, UX, and Product.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong front-end fundamentals and experience working within large-scale, modular front-end architectures.
What will you bring as a Lead:
- Minimum 12 to 16 years of professional front-end development experience
- Proven experience delivering production-grade web applications
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and user experience quality
- Ability to work independently while aligning closely with product goals
Required knowledge and experience:
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with React Query, Redux, or similar state management solutions
- Solid understanding of micro-frontends and modular UI architectures
- Proven experience optimizing performance and accessibility
- Strong knowledge of modern web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, browser APIs)
- Experience building applications with WebSockets for live or real-time data updates
What will you do:
- Design and implement modern, responsive web applications
- Build reusable, maintainable UI components and front-end services
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Back-End teams
- Ensure high standards for performance, accessibility, and usability
- Participate in architectural discussions around front-end infrastructure
- Review code and contribute to shared front-end standards and best practices.
