Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ReactJS Tech Lead with a strong background in Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and leading front-end applications using ReactJS, while also possessing a solid understanding of back-end technologies in Java. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive technical excellence and mentor junior developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using ReactJS and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards and design patterns.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, with a proven track record of building complex applications.
- Solid experience in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
- Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on ReactJS and Java.
- Proven leadership experience in a tech lead or similar role.
