TECHNICAL LEAD - React JS

Title: Front end Developer 

Location Gurugram (On-site)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-quality front-end applications using React.js and React Native.

Apply strong understanding of UI design and interaction principles to create intuitive and accessible interfaces.

Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product owners to deliver features end-to-end.

Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across devices and platforms.

Contribute to code reviews, follow front-end best practices, and support continuous improvement of engineering standards.

Work with a high-level understanding of native mobile platforms, including iOS and Android, to support cross-platform development and integrations.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end and UI-related issues in development and production environments.

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years of overall experience in front-end or UI development, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade applications.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js and React Native.

Strong understanding of UI design principles, interaction patterns, and usability best practices.

High-level understanding of mobile platforms, including:

iOS (Swift, Objective-C)

Android (Java, Kotlin)

Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams within agile development environments.
