Responsibilities

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Chemistry or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in research and development in the polymer industry.
- Proficient in process development and optimization.
- Strong skills in data presentation and analytics.
- Knowledge of polymer characterization techniques and materials testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
