Senior QA Lead T24 & Islamic Banking
Role Summary
Lead QA delivery for Temenos T24 (Transact) and Islamic banking platforms, ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Oman regulations and Sharia standards across core banking programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own QA strategy, governance, and release management for T24 initiatives.
- Drive SIT, UAT, and regulatory validation cycles.
- Ensure Sharia-compliant validation of Islamic products (Murabaha, Ijara, Sukuk).
- Oversee integrations with payments, digital channels, and external systems.
- Manage stakeholders across business, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Build and lead high-performing QA teams in agile delivery.
Mandatory Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in banking QA with strong T24 expertise.
- Deep knowledge of Islamic banking & Sharia compliance.
- Experience in integration testing of CBS with other banking systems.
- Experience working in Middle East / GCC banking environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with regulatory reporting/testing in Oman or GCC.
- Exposure to multi-country rollouts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Banking are a plus.
