Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Infrastructure Project Management. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience leading complex infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing cross-functional teams. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies and infrastructure technologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to ensure project success.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in project management processes.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Project Management-Infrastructure.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
