We are looking for a
Progressive Web Apps (PWA) Tech Lead to drive the design and development of next-generation web applications. This role requires strong web full-stack knowledge with technical leadership skills. You will lead a team of engineers, develop the design, and partner with different teams to come up with the technical solution
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Design the PWA front-end as per requirements
- Lead implementation of full-stack systems using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
- Ensure high performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance
- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers
Hands-on Programming
- Build and optimize installable, secure, and resilient web applications
- Integrate APIs, authentication flows, and secure session management
- Optimize load performance, bundle size, and runtime efficiency
- Implement push notifications and web app manifests

Work Experience
Qualifications needed:
- 12-14 years of full-stack web development experience
- 4-5 years of PWA development and deployment of Progressive Web apps
- Experience with micro-services architectures
- Knowledge of WebAssembly or advanced browser capabilities
- Experience in technically leading development teams
Key Skills
- JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
- Modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
- Experience on Angular/React front-end
- Experience on Node.js/Python back-end
- Experience on working with databases like MySQL
- Responsive design and mobile-first development
- Strong understanding of browser APIs and web security best practices
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
