Technical Lead -Product owner (Embedded SW)

SW Product owner:

The submarine GUI team is looking for an Product Owner Proxy. Within the submarine team, your mission will be to:

• Appropriate the production roadmap and the business needs defined by the Product Owner
• Act as the bridge between the Product Owner and the engineering teams to deliver a reliable sonar application.
• Contribute to epics and user stories in coordination with the Product Owner.
• Work with stakeholders to refine scope, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
• Ensure releases meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide functional support to the local GUI development team as a PO relay
• Participate to testing activities for the delivered software
• Synchronize with the project PO to ensure real-time alignment of all actors.

• BE / MTech/MSc in computers /related engineering
• 8+ years of experience in embedded software and real time complex applications
• Ability to understand sonar workflows, signal/data processing, and system integration.
• Experience in software development
• Basics of acoustics, DSP, maritime operations, or defense-grade software.

Must have:

• Able to travel to France frequently (1 month and a half in France during ramp-up period, then up to a week every trimester)
• Solid experience in software backlog management and agile methodology, in a web application project (at least 5 years)
• Solid experience in writing functional documentation (specification, test cases, user stories)
• BE/BTech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Computer Science, or related
• Being autonomous, rigorous, and passionate about sharing your knowledge and acquiring new competencies
