Technical Strategy & Ownership
- Define and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture
- Drive long-term technical vision aligned with product strategy and business needs
- Evaluate and integrate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Manage technical debt with a proactive and sustainable approach
Product Engineering Leadership
- Lead design and development of critical product features and modules
- Architect systems for multi-tenancy, high availability, and global reach
- Drive modernization initiatives – microservices, API-first, DevOps-native
- Collaborate with product managers to influence backlog and technical roadmap
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Serve as the technical authority and mentor for engineers across the team
- Conduct regular code reviews, architecture walkthroughs, and tech workshops
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high technical standards
Operational Excellence
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and automation practices
- Introduce and embed SRE principles to enhance system resilience
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance regulations
