Technical Lead, Product Development

We are seeking a Technical Lead to own the design and delivery of scalable, secure backend services for authentication and identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of Java-based services and REST APIs
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring
• Drive scalability, reliability, and security across distributed systems
• Collaborate with product, security, and platform teams to deliver high-impact features
• Champion best practices for zero-downtime deployments, observability, and system resilience
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software product development experience, where products are in use at scale by customers
• 5+ years of experience as a tech lead for product development teams
• Proven experience with identity and authentication platforms
• Strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, and API design
• Experience with zero-downtime deployments and production-grade systems
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/NoSQL)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-based deployments
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools
