TECHNICAL LEAD POWER PLATFORM

Job Description:

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of Power Apps Developers for designing and developing custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Application Development: Translate business requirements into functional applications and workflows that meet business needs.
• Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support and assistance to business users.
• Compliance & Performance: Ensure applications comply with security, performance, and compliance standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Agile Delivery: Manage agile squads and ensure timely delivery of digital solutions in an agile product delivery environment.
• Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach in all development and delivery processes.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in digital development management using Microsoft PowerApps.
• Skills: Hands-on, action-oriented, ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Mindset: Strong collaborative and customer-centric approach.
