Job Description

Experience: 7-10 Years (3-5 years in Microsoft Power Platform & Code Apps Development)

Role Overview

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Power Platform, Code Apps, automation, and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and modern development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform and Code Apps solutions.
Develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and React-based Code Apps.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
Implement AI-powered solutions using Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, GitHub Copilot, and Computer Use Agents.
Develop PCF controls and custom components using React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Drive integrations with Azure Services, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
Establish CI/CD, ALM, governance, DLP, and security best practices.
Conduct code reviews, mentor teams, and ensure solution quality and performance.

Required Skills

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Fx, PCF Controls.
Experience in Code Apps development using React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Azure Functions, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Custom Connectors.
Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, ALM.
AI Builder, OCR, Intelligent Document Processing.
Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, Computer Use Agents, GitHub Copilot.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: PL-900, PL-400, PL-600, AI-900
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of Power Platform CoE, governance frameworks, and enterprise security best practices.

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA / M.Sc. / B.Sc.
