Who We're Looking For:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Power BI Analyst to drive business intelligence initiatives.
Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Mentor junior analysts to build team capability.
Establish and implement best practices to scale Power BI analytics across the organization.
Requirements
Key Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related
6–8 years in BI/Analytics with 2+ years in a lead/senior role
Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS) and SQL (optimization, stored procedures, joins, views)
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
Experience mentoring and leading small BI/analytics teams.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
Familiarity with Tableau, Qlik, or Python/R
