Polosoft Technologies is looking for an experienced Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead the development of scalable full-stack applications and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and provide technical direction.
- Design and develop scalable full-stack web applications.
- Drive the architecture and implementation of AI-powered applications and features.
- Review code, ensure coding standards, and conduct technical discussions.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and other technical teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Required Skills
Candidates should have strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue.js
- Backend: Node.js / Python / Java / .NET
- Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
- APIs: REST APIs, Microservices
- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
- AI/ML: Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, Prompt Engineering
- System Design & Software Architecture
- Git, CI/CD and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
