Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with 6–7 years of experience in the IT Software & Services industry to lead development efforts, contribute to solution design, and ensure high-quality delivery. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure applications, with a focus on Ruby and cloud technologies.

Qualifications: BTech / BE / BSc IT / MCA or equivalent
Notice Period: Immediate
Mandatory:
- Strong experience in Python / Ruby
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Experience in REST API development and system design
- Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) product development
- Experience working on enterprise-level applications/systems
Preference:
- Exposure to React / Angular / Node.js
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of microservices architecture

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers and ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects
- Design and develop scalable applications using Ruby (RoR preferred)
- Contribute to architecture design, code quality, and technical decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and coding best practices
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Drive cloud-based deployments, monitoring, and scalability initiatives
- Work closely with DevOps to implement CI/CD and automation processes
- Identify and mitigate technical risks across projects
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth
- Ensure proper documentation, handover, and knowledge sharing
Technologies & Tools Expertise:
- Programming & Frameworks: Python, Ruby
- Cloud Platforms: AWS / Microsoft Azure
- Frontend (Good to have): React, Angular, JavaScript
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
- DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD (preferred)
- Architecture: REST APIs, Microservices, MVC architecture
- Version Control & Tools: Git, JIRA, Confluence
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 6–7 years of hands-on development experience with team handling exposure
- Strong understanding of application architecture and cloud-based deployment
- Proven ability to deliver scalable and high-performance applications
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
