Technical Lead - React+ Node + AEM

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in React.js and modern front-end technologies, along with experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will take ownership of leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces, backend services, and AEM-driven content platforms.

As a Technical Lead, you will provide technical direction, mentor development teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality digital solutions that meet both business and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and development of end-to-end web applications using React.js for modern front-end experiences.

Develop scalable and responsive user interfaces ensuring compatibility across browsers, devices, and platforms.

Design and implement integrations between React-based front-end applications and backend services through RESTful APIs.

Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to enable seamless content management, component development, and integration with front-end applications.

Guide the team in developing AEM components, templates, and integrations with headless or hybrid AEM architectures.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical leadership and promoting best development practices.

Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards.

Collaborate with Agile cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and architects, to design and deliver new features.

Define technical architecture and front-end design patterns, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability.

Develop and maintain reusable UI components and front-end libraries to improve development efficiency.

Ensure adherence to modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps integration.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, AEM capabilities, and digital experience trends.

Support quality assurance processes, review test strategies, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Core / Must Have Skills

Strong technical leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead development teams and manage complex projects.

Deep expertise in React.js, including tools such as Redux, React Router, and Webpack.

Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), front-end architecture, and UI development best practices.

Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including component development, templates, workflows, and integrations.

Knowledge of AEM headless or hybrid CMS architecture, integrating AEM content with modern front-end frameworks.

Experience in developing scalable backend services and API integrations ensuring security and maintainability.

Strong proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Experience with modern front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or JUnit.

Experience with performance optimization, security practices, and code quality frameworks.

Exposure to AEM Cloud Service, AEM headless CMS, or AEM integration with modern SPA frameworks.
