We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with proven experience in client engagement and team management, along with strong expertise in distributed systems, AWS, and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading, mentoring, and guiding a high-performing engineering team.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical depth, leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with clients and business stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities
- 6–8 years of overall experience in software engineering, with strong full-stack development exposure
- Proven experience designing and building distributed, scalable systems
- Hands-on experience of Python and JS is must.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (cloud architecture, deployment, scalability, security)
- Experience leading a technical team of 8+ engineers, including mentoring, code reviews, and delivery ownership
- Excellent client communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and high-availability systems
- Hands-on involvement across the entire SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
Good-to-Have / Bonus Skills
- Experience working in a product-based company or startup environment
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working on Vue.JS, AngularJS is Good to have skill.
- Experience with WebRTC or real-time communication systems
- Familiarity with Android and iOS application development
- Exposure to Generative AI use cases or integrations
- Prior experience in Fintech or Financial Services domain
