Technical Lead

This role focuses on our flagship Perfios Journey Builder platform a highly configurable, multi-tenant SaaS solution that powers seamless digital onboarding, loan origination, and management, delivering truly cutting-edge financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end technical delivery for critical product areas, from design to production

Drive architectural vision and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and secure

Take ownership of code quality, performance, and maintainability

Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions, and best-practice enforcement

Mentor, coach, and upskill engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align business

goals with engineering outcomes

Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

Stay current with emerging technologies and bring relevant innovations into the engineering roadmap

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science

6-9 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1+ years in a lead/technical leadership role

Strong understanding of software data structures, design patterns, and architectural principles

Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for creating high-quality products and solving complex problems

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with Java and the Spring framework would be a bonus

Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems

Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, automation)

Hands-on experience with databases (Postgres, Mongo, Oracle) and performance optimization

Prior experience in FinTech or enterprise-scale SaaS platforms

Contributions to open-source projects or active engagement in the developer community
