Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced
Pega Tech Lead with hands-on expertise in the CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) and KYC (Know Your Customer) frameworks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Pega development, especially in the financial services domain, with a solid understanding of onboarding, due diligence, and regulatory compliance processes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential Technical Qualification:
- Mandatory - CSSA certification.
- Pega Tech Lead with over 7+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5+ years relevant experience in Pega development with minimum 2-3 project implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks (preferably versions 7.4 and above).
- Good understanding of financial services, client onboarding, and regulatory KYC requirements.
- Hands on experience in coding, implementation, integration, development, designing & deployment.
- Understanding of Case management concepts & Connectors and Services.
- In depth knowledge about Activities, Flows, Process Flow, Declarative Rules, Decision Rules.
- Debugging Skills & User Interfaces in PRPC.
- Must have working knowledge on Agents, Report-Definition, List and Summary View and Dashboard.
- Experience in delivering design documents - HLD/LLD
- Excellent skills in customer interaction and communication.
- Good understating of Pega flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLAs, tickets, interpretation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios, activities, activity step methods, OOTB activities.
- Experience in working on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, develop, and maintain Pega applications using CLM and KYC frameworks.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Implement end-to-end client onboarding workflows and KYC processes.
- Leverage and Extend Pega CLM/KYC components as per business needs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and Pega guardrails.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, unit testing, defect resolution design discussion and understand the domain and requirements.
- Good team player; with the ability to collaborate effectively with virtual teams across multiple geographies.
- Perform show & tell and demo activities for stakeholders and improve the application based on feedback.
- Mentor and guide a team of Pega developers to deliver high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Pega applications.
- Prepare Technical Specification Document. Implement performance improvement fixes.
Preferred Qualification: (Optional/Good to have)
- Pega LSA - Part 1 or complete certification is a plus.
- Experience in any of the Pega frameworks, Underwriting, CS, CRM, CPM, BFSI, Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate.
- PEGA System administration, PDC, PAL, PLA, JAVA, Unix, PL/SQL, DB Skills.
- Able to assist the Senior Architect in Design and integration and estimates.
- Able to mentor junior members in the team and help them technically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
