Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong full-stack engineering experience and proven team management capability. This role is responsible for leading technical execution, guiding engineers, designing scalable systems, and ensuring high-quality delivery across product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.
Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code quality standards for the engineering team.
Manage and mentor engineers, support task planning, and help improve team execution.
Design and maintain databases using MySQL, DynamoDB, and other appropriate data stores.
Build and support cloud-based systems using AWS services such as Lambda, RDS, S3, and related infrastructure.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and leadership to define requirements and deliver reliable product features.
Review code, improve engineering practices, and promote clean, maintainable, secure software.
Troubleshoot production issues, improve system performance, and support ongoing platform stability.
Maintain source control and development workflows using Git.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience managing or leading an engineering team.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.
Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, RDS, and S3.
Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, testing, and production support.
Experience with Git-based development workflows and code review practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
