Technical Lead Oracle Fusion / ERP

Location- Gurgaon

Client Location- Sandton, South Africa

Note- Once shortlisted Candidate needs to travel and work from client location for minimum duration of 6months. Expense will be taken by the company.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Oracle technologies, including Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background (not functional), along with proven leadership experience to drive end-to-end solution delivery and manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers and technical consultants

Drive design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion and ERP technical solutions

Architect and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Work on Oracle Cloud development, extensions, and customizations

Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and data migration solutions

Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Oversee development using C# and SQL

Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews and best practices

Support SIT, UAT, and deployment activities

Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics / OTBI / BI Tools

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Mentor and guide team member

Candidate must be from a Technical background only (NOT Functional).

Hands-on experience in technical development, integrations, and cloud solutions is mandatory.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of overall experience in IT

Proven experience in a Technical Lead / Team Lead role

Strong hands-on experience in:

Oracle Fusion Applications / Oracle ERP (Technical side)

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Oracle Cloud Development & Integrations

Strong programming skills in C# and SQL

Experience with Oracle Analytics, OTBI, and BI Reports

Expertise in integrations, APIs, and data migration

Strong understanding of cloud architecture and enterprise systems

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Strong team handling and mentoring experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle certifications (Fusion / OIC / ERP) preferred

Experience in global implementations

Exposure to Agile / Waterfall methodologies

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
