Designation - Tech Lead (Oracle OAS and ODI Analytics Lead)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Oracle Analytics & Data Integration Lead to manage a team of developers and deliver robust analytics and data integration solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and SQL development, combined with proven leadership and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Build and optimize ETL workflows in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Develop complex SQL views, stored procedures, and functions for data transformation and reporting.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Administer User credentials for the OAS based on ServiceNow Requests (5 Days/Week)
- Monitoring of Daily, weekly and Monthly jobs to ensure data accuracy and system availability
- Participate in Yearly Preparations for Planning, Yearly Archiving Activities , Year End Activities
- Optimize query performance and ensure data accuracy across reporting layers.
- Support data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in production and development environments.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and processes.
- Provide user Support for OAS, ODI and Forecast Engine (Incidents)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
