JOB DESCRIPTION For Backend Node JS Developer

Experience: 8-10 Years

Mandatory Skills

  • Node.js (API dev, performance tuning, async/batch processing)
  • NOSQL DB (bulk operations, aggregation, schema design, query optimization)
  • Database Optimization (indexing, large data handling, performance tuning)
  • Asynchronous Programming (promises, concurrency, failure handling)
  • Object oriented development skills.
  • Problem Solving (structured thinking, clear approach, logical design)
  • Coding Skills (hands-on, real-world implementation)
  • Elasticsearch (search, indexing)
  • JavaScript (core concepts, async/await, event loop, closures)
  • AWS (S3, SQS, Lambda, EC2, event-driven architecture)
  • System Design (scalable architecture, hierarchical data modelling)
  • Concurrency Handling (parallel processing, queues, throttling)

Key Responsibilities

  • Low latency, high availability, and performance application design and implementation.
  • Assure that the code is highly robust and capable of providing high performance to the end user.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Node.js applications

Qualification (Education)

  • BE, B-Tech
