Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Policy Center Specialist with a strong background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center and hold a relevant Guidewire certification. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage billing processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our insurance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Guidewire Policy Center to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze billing requirements.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for billing-related issues within the Guidewire platform.
• Conduct testing and validation of billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to billing processes and configurations.
• Train and mentor junior team members on Guidewire Policy Center functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Guidewire and the insurance industry.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Guidewire Policy Center.
• Guidewire certification is a must.
• Solid understanding of the insurance domain and billing processes.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving billing issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter).
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center implementation and support.
• Proven experience in the insurance industry.
