Job Title: Duck Creek Clarity / Data Insights Developer

Job Summary:

We at Coforge are hiring an experienced Duck Creek Clarity / Data Insights Developer with strong expertise in data extraction, reporting, and analytics within the Duck Creek ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Duck Creek Clarity or Data Insights, working closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports using Duck Creek Clarity / Data Insights.
• Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
• Work with business users and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations for reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization across reporting solutions.
• Integrate Duck Creek data with external BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, reporting issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Support production releases and provide post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims teams for data integration

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Clarity OR Duck Creek Data Insights.
• Strong SQL expertise (advanced querying, joins, performance tuning).
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Good understanding of Duck Creek data model.
• Experience in P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Billing, Claims).
• Familiarity with reporting tools (SSRS/Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Data Factory / cloud-based data services.
• Exposure to Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims).
• Knowledge of data integration and API-based data extraction.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
• Agile/Scrum environment exposure.

 Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
