Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced CPQ & Pricing Consultant with strong expertise in SaaS Quoting, Dynamic Pricing, Subscription Models, and Quote-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience with Callidus CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, or ServiceNow SOM, along with deep knowledge of SaaS and billing models.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Quoting & CPQ implementations for SaaS products (Config, Pricing, Quoting).

Handle implementation challenges across CPQ platforms including Callidus, Salesforce CPQ, or ServiceNow SOM.

Design scalable solutions for Dynamic Pricing, Discounting, Product Bundling/Packaging.

Strong understanding of Subscription Billing and exposure to SAP BRIM.

Work on workflows including Approval Management, User Management, and overall CPQ setup.

Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.

Drive solution design, Fit-Gap analysis, and prototyping activities.

Must-Have Skills

Implementation experience in:

Callidus CPQ / Salesforce CPQ / ServiceNow SOM

Quoting / CLM / Ordering Tools / Pricing Solutions / BRIM

Strong Fit-Gap analysis capability.

Ability to design and assess CPQ & BRIM solutions.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscription billing, and pricing strategies.
