Technical lead - .net + Angular

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Angular and .NET.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in application architecture and technical design decisions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
• Mentor developers and support their technical growth.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in client-facing technical discussions and provide technical recommendations.
• Support technical estimation, planning, task allocation, and delivery activities.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively address them.
• Ensure development activities meet project timelines, quality, security, and performance expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in development practices, application performance, and engineering processes.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Frontend – Angular

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern Angular development.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building responsive and reusable UI components.
• Strong understanding of Angular components, services, directives, pipes, modules, routing, and forms.
• Experience with RxJS and reactive programming.
• Good understanding of state management concepts.
• Experience integrating Angular applications with RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of frontend performance, security, and optimization.
• Experience with Angular testing frameworks and best practices.

Backend – .NET

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
• Experience with LINQ, dependency injection, middleware, authentication, and authorization.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience working with SQL Server and strong SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of application performance, scalability, and security.

DevOps & Engineering Practices

• Experience with Git and source-control best practices.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker is preferred.
• Exposure to Kubernetes or containerized deployments is an advantage.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Experience with automated unit and integration testing.

Technical Leadership & Team Handling

• Ability to lead and technically guide a team of developers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to conduct effective code reviews and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Mentor team members and help improve overall technical capability.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables and team outcomes.

• Experience working with Angular + .NET full-stack applications.
• Knowledge of Java/Spring-based applications would be an advantage.
• Experience with cloud-native application development.
• Experience in application modernization or migration projects.
• Knowledge of Azure services and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI integration into enterprise applications is a plus.
• Relevant Angular, .NET, Azure, or cloud certifications would be an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
