The Technical Lead is responsible for designing and developing product modules and features, using best software development practices. We are seeking a highly competent and self-motivated individual for this role, who will lead modules and take complete ownership from design to delivery for both technical and execution fronts. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to analyse and troubleshoot production issues. Additionally, the Technical Lead will mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and assist in designing large-scale distributed applications using a modern enterprise tech stack.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech /MCA in Computer Science Engineering.
- 9+ years of hands-on programming experience with the following technologies
- Advanced exposure of .Net Framework/.Net Core
- Hands-on experience in building complex Angular applications, directives, controllers, services.
- Hands-on experience in SQL Server and MongoDB (or Azure Cosmos for MongoDB)
- Knows fundamentals of cloud computing and have worked in Azure cloud services. Must be familiar with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Blob Store, Azure Monitoring, App-Insights, Log Analytics Workspace.
- Have worked in large scale distributed applications and familiar with tech stack like Event-based programming, Elasticsearch, Redis/Mem Cache, Microservices.
- Sound knowledge of Data structures and algorithms.
- Should be aware of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) Frameworks,
- Flexible in ability to work on the various stages of the development life cycle.
- Proficient in using source control technologies, Git or Azure DevOps.
- Strong ability to quickly learn about and use new technologies, protocols, libraries, or even languages as needed.
- Must be familiar with Scrum methodology, CI/CD, Branching/Merging.
- Having worked in or familiarity with docker based containerized application will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and Presentation skills.
- Candidates worked in product-based company will be preferred.
