- 6-8 years of hands-on technical experience in enterprise endpoint management.
- SCCM & Intune Administration and Implement and manage Intune for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
- Manage application deployments via Intune (LOB apps, MSI, MSIX, Win32 apps)
- Package and deploy applications using SCCM/Intune App Model.
- Endpoint Security & Compliance Windows Autopilot, Patching .
- Automation & Scripting on Intune and SCCM Create custom reports and dashboards (SCCM reports/PowerBI)
- Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Provide L3 support for SCCM/Intune-related escalations.
- Maintain documentation for SOPs, deployment guides, and knowledge bases
