Technical Lead(MERN/MEAN)

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Azure / AWS Cloud and cloud-native application design.
• 8+ years of hands-on expertise in MEAN / MERN stack.
• Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB / DynamoDB.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Understanding of security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Exposure to enterprise integrations and third-party systems.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or TFS and version control repositories such as Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab
• Understanding of project management tools such as Atlassian JIRA

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture using Azure/ AWS cloud services.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-availability microservices architecture.
• Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, resilience, and scalability are met.
• Review and approve technical designs, data models, and integration approaches.
• Act as the technical lead for the development team, guiding implementation best practices.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure clean architecture principles.
• Mentor developers and support technical skill growth within the team.
• Resolve complex technical issues and guide root cause analysis.
• Hands-on contribution in Node backend services and Angular frontend when required.
• Ensure effective use of DB, including data modeling and performance optimization.
• Drive API design, versioning, and inter-service communication.
