As a Technical Lead Full Stack (MERN), you will own the technical architecture and hands-on development of a scalable, AI-enabled product platform. This is not a pure managerial role- you will actively write production-grade code while defining architectural direction, engineering standards, and scalability strategies.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business goals into robust, future-ready technical solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and scale full-stack product features using the MERN stack.
- Write secure, production-ready code and lead code quality standards.
- Design and own system architecture, APIs, and database models.
- Lead cloud deployments, CI/CD, and infrastructure scalability.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product workflows.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with Product to deliver scalable solutions.
