Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in Full Stack development using the MERN stack and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications and services. A rich experience in the backend systems would be preferred. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing robust software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Lead the development and deployment of serverless applications on AWS using Lambda, SQS, S3, EventBridge, and API Gateway.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and DynamoDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement and manage messaging systems using Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's /Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency IN MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Extensive experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Openness to learn new tech stack and work on complex systems
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of AWS technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
